Terms & Conditions

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes plans change. However, to respect the time of coaches and to maintain fairness for all clients, the following cancellation policy applies:

​- Payments made by direct deposit must be sent a minimum of 24 hours prior to the skaters first lesson of the week.
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled lesson time.

 - Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled lesson will be charged in full.

 - Students who arrive late will still be charged for the full lesson, regardless of the time of arrival.

 - This policy applies to all lessons, including private lessons, group classes, and off-ice training sessions.

 - No-shows will also be considered late cancellations and will be charged in full.

 - Exceptions may be made in cases of emergency at the discretion of the coach or business owner.

Coach Availability:

 - Coaches reserve the right to take time off, including holidays and personal days.

 - During these periods, lessons may be rescheduled or temporarily paused, in which case reasonable notice will be provided

 - Coaches are not expected to respond to messages, emails, or phone calls outside of standard business hours.

 - Response times may vary depending on coaching schedules, rest days, and holidays.
